House Rules

Do take note that due to the high volume of bookings that we have, we reserve the right to seek your approval to move the guests to another similar apartment at another/same location if there are any un-foreseen changes to the availability of the booked apartment before your check-in date. If agreed, we will refund the difference in rental value of the two apartments in cash after you check-in. If you do not agree, we will cancel the booking and refund the booking amount in full to you. We will do our best to make sure that such situations will not take place.
